Through real-world examples, students will explore what determines wages, why unemployment occurs, and how education, gender and mobility influence careers.
Theoretical sessions will be taught by Aizhamal Rakhmetova (CERGE University), while practical sessions will be led by Ágnes Szabó-Morvai (DE GTK Centre for Social Science Coordination).
The course concludes with an exam. Students who successfully complete the requirements will also receive a certificate from the CERGE-EI Foundation.
